I had a dream that in a store probably for art supplies where they were selling small mannequins, pretty much like these
There were a range of sizes of them and some manager/supervisor/etc. was having a “discussion” with somebody of the Shane or Obvious Plant variety who had put this little sign on the back of a stapled package for one of the smallest ones reading
(The prices corresponded with the different sizes so he was suggesting the number of wishes you get corresponded with the size.)
The supervisor was actually not that angry and just saying something like “well this would be a really good perk except that it’s like impossible so we should probably take the sign down”
I programmed the Stablehand attribute quiz!!
Took me two days: one to write all the questions, another (today) to program it. There are 12 questions.
It’ll probably take another to fully put it into a format that’s pretty and presentable, and some ongoing testing to see if the questions are accurate. But all the functionality is there and it’s calculating right and otherwise working as expected.
My current result:
A couple of hexart doodles I did with a tablet art app a while ago. I’m honestly surprised how well the headshot came out for how little effort I put into it.
While I was typing the WSP, Blogger’s text input did this thing it does where it glitches visually but without affecting the actual text at all, and created this… interesting word.
I’m 95% positive if Stablehand had been made by Hussie he would have used this word
I love how I’ve ingrained the attribute colours in my mind enough that whenever I see the attributes in the “wrong” colour I feel like I’m doing the Stroop test
Ohmygosh I discovered the “bad photocopy” brush :p
Your first glimpse of Fuchsia White!
This is not her real design stylistically/anatomically, it’s just a doodle I sloppily did in Inkscape to figure out her colours/patterns on because Inkscape is great for making colour splashes whose colour can very quickly be changed. But, it’s something.
(In each view I drew her wearing one glove/shoe respectively to show the limb colours. :p)
I accidentally turned my fadey post boundary into a cool glass effect by just changing the background colour :p
An Aluma calendar. Sorry, it probably isn’t very readable unless you click it up.
I’m about to make a prettier page on Sangkara that shows the current date on it, and a script for this blog to toggle the dates to Aluma dates because I’m a nerd like that.
Whew. Took way too long, but I finally got the proper shape for the tail.
Her tail has an interesting little quirk. You’ll see when I upload the drawing.
